Get to know the history and goals of MAC LIFE LLC and MAC LIFE Community

Mission Statement

Our goal is to change the culture & atmosphere of our youth into a more unified & positive environment through entertainment & community outreach events. We strive to give back to our communities we live in as well as all other communities because we know what struggles & issues people & families go through as we go through them ourselves.

What sector are you in?
We have both a for profit and non-profit side of our organization.

What products/services do you provide?
We provide entertainment services and community outreach through public events.

Who is your target audience?
The people of communities in the Bay Area and Utah.

What does the future of your industry look like?
The future is very promising as we create monthly events for the community to participate in to help their everyday struggles.

Who are the owners of your company? Backgrounds? Experience in sector/business?

What motivated you to start your company?

The motivation came from years of experiencing ups and downs of the music industry while trying to get the support of the community that only seems to support those outside of the community that are presented in the limelight. Someone needed to start from the bottom within the community to show that it can be done without having to go outside of the community and get "rich and famous" just to make your hometown community finally recognize their hometown star for them to finally give back to the community that they came from. Why not show the community that it can be done while still being a part of the community and show them that if they support their own while they are home they can make anyone a star for the rest of the world to see based on what they did for their community while in their community as a "nobody" who actually started from the bottom and allowed the community to truly witness and be a part of the journey. The only way that the community's culture and selfish mindset of having to be own your own and all for yourself in order to get ahead while preaching unity and being all for their hometown was to actually show the people it can be done from a person or group of persons that they know and see every day as they make the change happen
rather than witnessing their hometown star outside the community doing work for others.

Why now?
Why not now; it’s been long enough.

What is your product and its motivation?
Our product is to provide community services to those in need. We are family men with wives and children and we face our own struggles with providing fun and discipline for our children while trying to get quality adult time with our wives. We understand that we are not the only parents/couples out there that have these same issues of time and money to have the opportunity to get some time away from the kids or to provide goods for the kids. So because of this, we strive to provide those opportunities for other parents and families all together by creating events for the kids and their parents to participate in at no cost with extra incentives for those who participate. Event such as; free hair cut/beauty days for the youth with a discount for their accompanied adult, date nights for the parents where they can drop off their kids at a set location for a few hours during a given evening, carpool days where we can help transport parents and/or kids to school with incentives such as raffle prizes at the events for further discounts to other services/business in the area or trips for the parents or families to take outside of the area at discounted rates.

How much money are you asking for?
We are not asking for any specific amount as of yet. We would love to take any donations to help us set up events in the future, but as of now we look for participants who are willing to give their services for free to help create the potential events. If there is any cost for the specific event then of course we would need to coordinate compensation so a monthly stipend of maybe $2000 ($24,00 per year) would seem to be a nice start in ensuring we have startup cost just in case we need to rent a venue or any other unforeseen cost to create an event.

How are you going to use that money?
The money would be used to cover whatever cost is needed for the event in question as well as all promo material to expose to the public in the best way (i.e. physical and digital flyers, radio and internet promotion etc.).

How it will make your business profitable?
As a non-profit organization we are not looking to earn an income from this venture. We simply want to be able to create events and opportunities for the community to unite and help families through there day to day hardships. As long as we can generate donations to help our owners not come out of pocket too much, then we will make sure that any investors who put up money up front will be compensated via tax right offs or percentages from the events that we create that will have a cover charge (i.e. club events, parties, concerts
etc.).
